The youngest of the 3, this is our version of TRUE Chicago-style pizza. Rolled out to a thin 12 inches, cooked in our 500-degree electric oven for 7-8 minutes, & square-cut into 16 slices.

Double the weight of the others and infused with a Pale Wheat from Marz Brewing.
It’s hand-stretched to 14 inches and cooked in our 500-degree electric oven for 7-8 minutes.
