- Saturday availability is REQUIRED.
- Afternoon/evening availability is REQUIRED.
- We do not hire seasonally. We are a growing business and need people who want to work with us for at least 6 months.
- Some cross-training is expected with all positions.
Below are descriptions.
BARISTA ($18/hr + tips)
- Greet & take orders @ POS.
- Make drinks received by POS, phone, online & servers, which includes coffee, smoothies, beer, wine & cocktails.
- Keeping area behind counter clean & stocked.
- Answer phone, accept/track online & phone orders.
AS NEEDED RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist other areas (back of house) when needed.
- Run food & drinks out for dine-in & takeout/pickup orders.
- Bus/clean tables & restock dishes.
- Check on/assist customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep all dining areas clean & presentable.
FLOOR/EXPO ($17/hr + tips)
- This is a customer service heavy position, requiring the ability to oversee our small dining area. Customer engagement is critical.
- Responsibilities include running out food/drinks, checking in and busing tables.
- Expo’ing both dine-in and to-go orders.
- Restocking dishes and assisting in the dishwashing area as needed.
SECONDARY ($19/hr + tips + bonus)
- Assisting both front and back of house, being well-versed in making both drinks and food items, as well as running food/drinks and busing tables.
- Dishwashing, restocking, prep work and cleaning as needed.
BACK OF HOUSE ($18/hr + tips/bonus)
- As a cook and/or pizzaiolo, you will be trained to follow our menu and recipes, making pizzas, sandwiches, salads, appetizers & pastas. There will be dishwashing and prep work involved as well.
- Assist other areas (front of house) when needed.
when cross-trained, employees will earn up to $8 more an hour.
After tips & bonuses, average crew earns anywhere from $20-$25/hr.
