PIZZA STYLES
WOOD FIRED / 10″
6 slices | serves 1-2 | $11
Our original, it’s a blend of three flours, proofed for 36+ hours, hand-stretched to 10 inches, & cooked in our 600-degree wood burning oven for 3-4 minutes. It’s Neo-Neapolitan-style, if you will.
TAVERN / 12″
square-cut | serves 2-3 | $16
The youngest of the 3, this is our version of TRUE Chicago-style pizza. Rolled out to a thin 12 inches, cooked in our 500-degree electric oven for 7-8 minutes, & square-cut into 16 slices.
CRAFT / 14″
8 slices | serves 3-4 | $20
Double the weight of the others and infused with a pale wheat.
It’s hand-stretched to 14 inches and cooked in our 500-degree electric oven for 7-8 minutes.
* 10″ cauliflower crust also available; it is gluten-free, but contains dairy
